I am a current member of the GIANTS. How do I receive my 10% discount on merchandise?
All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order from the above date. Please follow the below steps to create your new GIANTS Shop account:
- Click on Register in the top menu
- Tick “Yes” you are a club member
- Provide your membership email
- Provide your membership password
- Create your Giants Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password
- Reconfirm your new password for The GIANTS Shop
- Fill out your personal details
- Prove you are not a Robot
- Click “Create Account”
We recommend logging out of your account after registration, then log back in to ensure your discount is applied.
I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?
To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership team on 1300 GIANTS or [email protected]
I do not know my password for my membership account. What do I do?
To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership team 1300 GIANTS to update your details.
I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?
To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership team on 1300 GIANTS or [email protected]
I’m not seeing discounted items, why?
Once you are logged in as a club member your 10% membership discount will be automatically applied (you won’t see the original price that non-members see). When you land on the cart it will say that 'club member discounts have been applied'.
I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?
Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. To re-enter your details follow the below steps:
- Sign into your GIANTS Shop account
- Click Account
- Click Account Settings
- Select Yes to “Want to access Club member discount?/Update Club member password”
- Re-enter your email address linked to your Giants membership account and your Giants password.
- Click Update Details
If you are unsure of your Giants membership password please visit https://membership.gwsgiants.com.au to reset your password.
If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership team on 1300 GIANTS or [email protected] to update your details.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my GIANTS Shop account?
No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to set a new password through the membership site prior to creating your GIANTS Shop account. Click here to change your membership password https://membership.gwsgiants.com.au/
I have changed my membership password, does this mean my GIANTS Shop password will automatically change?
No. You will need to login to the GIANTS Shop and update your membership password in order for your record to match and for your 10% discount to be applied.
I have created my GIANTS Shop account but my discount hasn’t been applied. What should I do?
To be eligible for a GIANTS discount, your membership payments must be up to date.
